Adult Daily Dosage

Take 2 to 3 softgels, 2 times a day, or as recommended by a health care practitioner. May be used up to 3 months consecutively.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Do not use if:

  • you are taking black cohosh and/or chasteberry, or phenothiazines
